This item will have to be shipped as freight. Commercial (with loading dock) is the cheapest & best way to go. A forklift or front end loader can also count as a loading dock, but please consider this will arrive on a large tractor/trailer that will need room to maneuver when it arrives at your delivery location. Residential rates are the most expensive. If you or someone you know does not have access to a loading dock, you can also pick up at a carriers freight terminal. Please e-mail me for details. Insurance is included with the purchase, but the freight companies will not pay for items signed off as received in good condition. Porsche 918 Spyder (2010) at Geneva motor show

It’s a mid-engined two-seater in the mould of the Porsche Carrera GT – a landmark supercar to showcase Porsche’s technical nous. Michael Macht, president and chief executive officer of Porsche, unveiled the 918 Spyder in Switzerland, and intriguingly proclaimed that Porsche has never shown a concept car that it hasn’t put into production… Porsche’s official press release was light on the details, but after the unveil Porsche’s R&D chief Wolfgang Durheimer talked CAR around the 918 Spyder and revealed some eye-popping figures for this part-electric hybrid supercar which weighs in at 'less than 1490kg'.
New Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet and Estate delayed
Tue, 26 May 2009The new Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet - now put back until Spring 2010 Mercedes has done a pretty good job on updating the E-Class, and its been receiving good comments all round. But Mercedes has lost the momentum a bit with the revelation that the E-Class Coupe is actually based on a C-Class chassis. Not that that alone is reason for complaint, but there was a big hoo-haa around the nomenclature for the E-Class Coupe (should it have been the CLK?) so it was a bit disingenuous of Mercedes to reveal the Coupe’s roots after its reveal.
SsangYong releases new Rodius sketches
Thu, 07 Feb 2013SsangYong has released the first images of its new Rodius MPV, soon to be unveiled at next month's Geneva motor show. Based on SsangYong's ‘Robust, Premium, Specialty' design philosophy the carmaker says the new Rodius is "styled to be fit for outdoor, off-road driving as well as on-road driving". The front three-quarter sketch shows that the exaggerated, streamlined front grille has been retained – albeit it with a slight modification – while it also features angular headlamps.
