I have up for auction a brand new Superhawk hood that fits all 1998 thru 2002 Pontiac Firebird and TransAm. This hood has never been mounted on a car. The reason I am selling this is because I ended up finding an original factory Firehawk hood. I purchased this hood on Ebay from Hood4Sale out of Cincinnati, OH. If you type in Superhawk hood, his is usually the first one you will see. The grill openings are cut out to make the hood Ram Air functional. The heat extractors on each side of the hood are not open and will not function unless cut out. I do have the plastic grill inserts that came with the hood when I purchased it, however I did not like them and opted to make new ones. The outside finish of the hood is fiberglass gel coat and will need painted to match your car. According to the guy I bought it from, he states all original hardware will bolt to the hood with minor modifications to the hood latch handle. You are purchasing the hood in the same condition as I did. I have done nothing to it. My loss is your gain!!!

Arrest made in Paul Walker Porsche parts theft
Fri, 06 Dec 2013An arrest has been made in an apparent theft of a piece of the destroyed Porsche Carrera GT involved in a Saturday crash in California that killed actor Paul Walker, CNN is reporting. A number of cars had reportedly followed the tow truck that was transporting the wreckage to a police facility. When the truck stopped at a red light, the occupant of one of the vehicles, alleged to be 18-year-old Jameson Witty, ran up to the truck and retrieved a piece of the wreckage, a T-top roof panel of the red Carrera GT, He later posted a photo of it on Instagram.
