Flightcell Pro simultaneously connects one or more complementary communications
options into a military or civilian headset whilst remaining connected to the aircraft or
vehicle interphone (ICS) and radios. FLIGHTCELL PRO Tech Specs & Features: The Flightcell Pro simultaneously interfaces an Iridium phone and other communications and audio equipment into one or two connected headsets. Virtually any communications or audio device can be connected: a satellite phone, cellphone, hand-held transceiver, music player, video or audio recorder, or any other specialized audio equipment, such as medical monitors. The Flightcell Pro comes complete with all required cables and connectors for plug and play operation, as well as an AC charger. Flightcell Pro can be run off its inbuilt rechargeable batteries or 10-30 V aircraft power, providing maximum operating flexibility. Flightcell Pro is fully portable, so it can be moved between aircraft, or even used on the flight line or in a vehicle. The Flightcell Pro is available in military and non-military versions. The non-military Flightcell Pro is available with three different plug configurations – dual (GA), single (NATO) and Bose Panel Powered. • Other audio sources - for example an iPod/CD/MP3 player,
laptop computers or specialised audio monitoring
equipment.

Flightcell Pro doubles as a portable, dual VOX two-place
intercom in any aircraft or vehicle with or without radios.
Multiple Functions
• Master volume control adjusts all inputs and outputs
simultaneously
• Individual inputs and outputs can be adjusted to optimize
audio levels
• Isolate function allows phone and radio to be isolated while
user is talking on ICS or phone
• An optional cable allows second user full access to

Flightcell Pro can be powered by an internal rechargeable
battery with up to 40 hours operation - or operate and/or
recharge battery from aircraft DC power supply:

• 9-32V DC from vehicle or aircraft power
• LCD Display indicates battery status, volumes, menu
settings and connection states.

He will report to exterior design director Fedde Talsma and to Thomas Ingenlath, vice president design. 34-year-old Austrian-born Missoni joins the Swedish carmaker from Volkswagen where he worked from 2002, first working in Wolfsburg as a designer before being appointed senior exterior designer at the company's Advanced Design Center in Potsdam.
Saab says it will restart production after securing short-term loan
Mon, 02 May 2011Saab aims to restart production within a week after its owner, Spyker Cars, secured a 30 million euro ($44.7 million) short-term loan to help ease its cash crunch. Spyker said it will borrow the money from Gemini Investment Fund in a convertible loan agreement with a 6-month maturity. The interest rate of the loan is 7 percent a year and the conversion price is 4.88 euros per share.
