Fly Racing Prizm MX ATV Motocross Offroad Knee Guard

  • RPF = Reaktiv Prizm Foam. Fly Racing has developed their own CE Approved protection. It is a high density memory foam that has been sliced with a prismatic pattern to allow the pad to mould to the shape of the user. The foam is also body temperature sensitive meaning it becomes more supple when you put the pad on increasing comfort when pedaling.
  • Kevlar front panels - heavy duty front panels with high abrasion resistance to increase durability of the pad.
  • Side knee protection
  • Moisture wicking, antibacterial lycra pad liner
  • 'Floating' neoprene patella cup with silicon printing to centralise the pad and prevent it from slipping down
  • Strategically placed elastic banding with silicon printing to help prevent the pad from slipping down
  • Open back design means you don't get material bunching up at the back of the knee when pedaling greatly increasing both comfort and breathability
  • Asymmetric design to have left and right specific for improved fit and function
  • Extensive use of flatlock stitching for increased strength, durability and comfort
  • Innovative lacing system around the upper calf. Positioned above the widest point of the calf this helps prevent the pads from slipping down in use. Easy to use even with gloves on this system allows you to achieve perfect tension every time.

Infiniti-designed Santa's sleigh (2010)

Thu, 23 Dec 2010

Today's sleighs are courtesy of Infiniti. The design team in Japan have sketched out a couple of Infiniti sledges for Father Christmas to deliver his presents across the globe in imperious style. The first sleigh looks like an Essence supercar concept meets an FX crossover - from that long snout and high-mounted, wedgy headlamps to the complex, textured surfaces, sliced and diced by a laser-pointer's worth of sloping lines flying off at all sorts of angles.

Mon, 20 Jul 2009

Chrysler is pondering a shakeup for its midsize-sedan lineup. The Dodge Avenger replacement would shift to rear-wheel drive, and the next Chrysler Sebring would be based on a Fiat platform in an effort to differentiate two cars that currently share the same underpinnings, Automotive News reports. The Avenger replacement could be based on a modified Challenger platform, which itself is a modified version of the Charger and Chrysler 300 platform.

McLaren MP4-12C – the website +video

Fri, 02 Oct 2009

McLaren has launched a new website concentrating on the new MP4-12C Which is actually a good website. It has reams of good information and lots of images. I wouldn’t try using it from a dial-up connection, as it’s heavy on flash and imagery, but if you have a half decent connection it’s worth a play.
