Ford 312 292 Thunderbird Exhaust Manifolds Y Block Fairlane 1955 1956 1957 1958 on 2040-parts.com

This auction is for a matching pair of  Y-Block exhaust manifold for Ford Thunderbird and passenger cars of 1955 through 1957 and some Ford vehicles and trucks up to 1962 with 292 and 312 engines.  These are the "wide-top" larger and more desirable manifolds.  Please check your application to be sure that these are what you need.   Casting numbers are EDB 9431-B and EDB 9430-A.  These are (obviously) used and both are coated with a high heat paint.  The paint is different on each manifold as you can see the color doesn't match exactly.  There are no cracks or breaks in either part and the left side manifold is the nicer of the two.  The left manifold has new studs.  The right (passenger) side manifold has significant pitting from rust and, although the studs are threaded, they also show rust damage and should probably be replaced.  The left side (driver's) manifold is very nice.
