Copper purity in the alternator rotor and stator are not to original factory specifications (less conductivity). b. Copper windings (length) not to OE specifications (less output). c. Can cause mounting problems. e. Electronics- not to OE specifications (confidential, proprietary to OE manufacturer, China reverse engineered by trial and error. f. Only then, after passing this comprehensive testing procedure, are our assemblies released for shipment.
