This is a new UNIVERSAL gear shift knob with a beautiful acrylic type SHELBY LOGO. It comes with three adaptor sleaves, allen wrench and allen screws for easy installation. It measures approx 2 1/2" x 2". The top 1/2" is satin finish, the next 3/4" is highly polished and the bottom is satin. It is heavy high quanlity shift knob. Hummer nears the end of the trail
Wed, 26 May 2010The curtain is rapidly falling on Hummer, General Motors' ill-fated rough-and-tough brand of trucks and SUVs. The final H3 rolled off the assembly line at 9:07 a.m. Central time on Tuesday at the Hummer factory in Shreveport, La., marking the end of production for the brand, a spokesman said.
Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid recalled over possible battery-cooling system defect
Fri, 30 Dec 2011Fisker Automotive is recalling 239 Karma hybrid cars to fix a defect in the vehicle's high-voltage battery. The recall notice, posted today on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Web site, says the campaign targets all 2012 Fisker Karma models manufactured between July 1 and Nov. 3 of this year.
2011 Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang gets more power, loses gas-guzzler tax
Mon, 08 Feb 2010The 2011 version of the Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang carries a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 that weighs less, delivers more power and uses a unique spray-coating process that eliminates the need for cast-iron liners in the aluminum cylinder block. The 550-hp Shelby GT500 also loses something from the previous model--it's gas-guzzler tax. Ford says the new Shelby GT500 will deliver 23 mpg on the highway and 15 mpg in the city.
