Mitsubishi Delica D:5
Tue, 07 Nov 2006Arriving in Japan early next year is the new Mitsubishi Delica D:5, the fifth generation of a model series that began in 1968, and the third new model the company has launched this year after the eK Wagon and Pajero. Mitsubishi says the Delica was developed to 'fuse the comfort of a minivan with the powerful performance of an SUV' and uses 2.4-liter engine with four-wheel-drive. The styling of the Delica takes its cues from the Mitsubishi Concept-D:5 unveiled at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, with strong graphics and perched stance.
Mercedes-Benz slots 4 compacts for U.S.
Mon, 25 Apr 2011Mercedes-Benz will launch four compact vehicles in the United States in the next three years with starting prices of $30,000 or below. The vehicles will include a production version of the A-class coupe concept shown last week at the New York auto show. Three variants of Mercedes' new-generation compact family also are headed for the United States.
Nissan aiming to build radically different 2015 Le Mans prototype

Nissan will compete at Le Mans in 2014 with the radical ZEOD RC, filling the ‘experimental competitor’ pit garage last used in 2012 by the Nissan-powered DeltaWing, but it wants to use that experience to build a challenger for the premier LMP1 category in 2015, one that stands out from the rest of the field. ‘We have an active programme now,’ Nissan chief planning officer Andy Palmer (pictured, right) told CAR.
