Shipping
We are only shipping to the Contiguous 48 States at this time. Here at Dreem Deals...we have 5 warehouses to insure that you get your package as quickly as possible. Most items will ship the same day if the order is placed by 12 CST. You will be sent an order confirmation email once the item ships with the carrier and tracking number. All orders are sent during business days which is Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you order during the weekend your order will be processed on Monday. Most items are sent through Fedex, UPS, and USPS. If your item is oversized it will have to go freight which will take longer then normal ground. Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. We can start a damage claim on the part and re ship the item to you.

If the return is an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping and provide you with a shipping lablel. On all other returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items should be returned in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER packaging, and in NEW condition. Any items not returned in this condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. **Exception- Dreem Deals will not accept returns for ANY electronic items, chemicals or liquids.
