These heavy-duty steel-belted Duravis truck tires & rims have been used, but are still in good condition. Tires are a 265/70/17. They each have less than 15,000 miles wear on them, all have 3/8" tread depth remaining & are capable of being retreaded. Tires come with stock GMC rims with center cap 8-lug pattern. This is the first sketch of the Bluebird DC50, an electric coupe that’ll be launched in 2014 to mark 50 years since Donald Campbell’s land and water speed record runs. It’s the brainchild of Don Wales, grandson of Sir Malcolm Campbell and nephew of Donald Campbell.
Singapore billionaire Peter Lim invests in McLaren Automotive
Fri, 19 Aug 2011Singapore billionaire Peter Lim has invested in McLaren Automotive and has taken a spot on the board of directors along with Ron Dennis, Mansour Ojjeh and the Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co., McLaren said on Friday. The company declined to reveal the amount of the investment, but privately held McLaren said it is a “significant amount.” More details of the deal will be announced closer to the Singapore Grand Prix. Lim is ranked as the eighth-richest businessperson in Singapore, according to Forbes, and he owns a chain of Manchester United-themed restaurants and bars in Asia.
