‘Concept Cars by Bertone' is the theme of the 2014 Degler Calendar by automotive photographer Pitor Degler Jablonski, which showcases some of the most important and unique prototypes designed by the coachbuilder. Through his photography Jablonski celebrates car design icons such as Nuccio Bertone's own racecar, advanced concepts such as the Stratos Zero and Marcello Gandini's Lamborghinis as well as the recent designs of Mike Robinson, Bertone's current brand and design director. College Exhibition: Coventry University Design Degree Show 2004

Sep 1, 2004 - Final year undergraduate students from the Coventry University Transport Design course showed their work in the annual degree exhibition in June. The 2004 show celebrates the conclusion of either 3 or 4 years of study, depending on whether the BA Hons or MDes study routes have been followed. With 35 graduating students on the MDes in Transport Design plus 15 graduates on either BA Automotive Design or Transport and Product Design, the show is the largest in Europe for transportation design graduates.

UK motorway to charge moving electric cars

The Highways Agency is set to test wireless charging in moving electric cars on a UK motorway, according to Engineering and Technology Magazine. This would see electric vehicles gain additional charge as they passed over wireless charging nodes embedded in the motorway’s road surface.
