These boots are clean and in overall good condition.  The soft inner cuffs have some cracking on them but they are still fully intact and function like they are supposed to so this in my opinion does not affect the function of the boot at all and you cannot see it when they are on because it's on the inside.  The right sole has some wear on the bottom/edge from kickstarting, which again does not really affect the function of the boot.  These boots are also very easy and cheap to replace soles on - they are available on Ebay.  However, I used them in this condition and they worked just like the day I bought them.  See Pics for details...
