For sale today is a frame for a 04 GSXR600.
It will also fit 05 GSXR600's and 04-05 GSXR750's. It is straight and has what I would call normal signs of use.
It should be easy to register in all states.
It is used. Any fees due when you are registering it are your responsibility. The Vin # is pictured below. Call your DMV and find out what it will cost you to register it in your state. Please see pics below.

I can not mention anything about if this frame has a title or not and here is why. Ebay cancelled my previous ad and sent me this...
