It is used and it has some wear like scratches and chips. There is also some rash. I believe that it will fit V-Star Classics 1100's from 99-09, and maybe others, but please check with your dealer before you buy. Please see pics. This part (and many others that I am listing here on eBay) came from a Yamaha dealer that was closing its doors. I did not take this part off the bike so please look at the pics for condition in case I missed something. The pictures are part of this description. Please look at them closely and ask questions if necessary!

Toyota to pay $32.4 million U.S. fine over timing of recalls
