Q: How does Approved Performance stack up to the competition?

Q: Do slots really help?
A: Absolutely if done right. Slots help clear debris from the friction surface, however slots that do not continue to the rotors edge can actually trap debris. Manufactures that do not slot all the way to the edge often use cheaper metals in the manufacturing process and would crack if slotted to the edge.

Q: Why don't you use zinc plating? It's so pretty.
A: There are several reasons why we don't use zinc.

1. Zinc plating is applied at the end of the manufacturing process. This can cause disc thickness variation.
2. Zinc plating does not last very long. Most wheel cleaners will remove zinc plating so if you choose to use zinc plated rotors please read your wheel cleaner labels carefully.
3. Zinc plating can form deposits in the friction material and cause braking issues like vibration or fade.
4. Bottom line is that we choose to be functional and give a great appearance behind the wheel.

Q: I've never heard of carbon fiber pads before?
A: Now you have!! Carbon fiber is the wave of the future. Our engineers have formulated the best friction material . It not only stops better but produces little to no dust and is super quiet.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please send us an email and let us know what the circumstances of the return.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report the problem to our customer service team within 7 days. Please inspect your product on receipt. All items shipped are new.
We offer a full money back guarantee for items reported and returned within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be in perfect condition, not used or installed on the vehicle. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receipt and inspection of the item back to our warehouse. Please note that transit time is up to 5 business days. So please allow 10 to 14 days for refunds and exchanges. In most cases, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless they have been approved by our RGA Department, and customers are responsible for shipping the item back.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our parts. The warranty is for exchange only and covers manufacturer's defects. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation.

Any returned item must be in new condition and must have never been installed.
