All rotors have a 1 year warranty against cracking and workmanship defects, calipers have a 1 year warranty against workmanship defects. Rotors have 120 days against warping when purchased with our brake pads. Our Brake Pads, Hubs have a 120 day warranty against manufacturer defects. Replacement parts will be used to honor the claim at our discretion. The warranty is non-transferable. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase, and customer is responsible for freight charges. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty claim. Only one warranty claim is allowed per customer. BrakeOverstock neither makes nor implies any other warranty as to suitability for purpose other than expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damage losses or cost.

Return/Refund Policy
We guarantee proper fitment of the parts on the vehicle selected. We offer a 45 day return policy with 100% money back guarantee from the date of purchase. All returned items must be packaged appropriately and in new condition ready to re-sell. Shipping cost (where applicable) can not be refunded. Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Please contact us at (888)441-8808 to request the RGA number. We request that you have the RGA number clearly written on the package, otherwise the return cannot be processed. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

If you order the wrong part, exchanges can be made on unused parts after we receive the returned product. The buyer is responsible for the freight to ship the parts back to us. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.

Caliper Core Return Policy
Please make sure that there is a core charge included in your purchase price. If you are unsure, please contact our customer serivce. We try to make all core returns as simple as possible for the customer. When you receive your calipers, there will be a prepaid label in the box to cover the return shipping for the cores. Make sure that every part of the old caliper is returned to ensure full credit will be received: Caliper, Piston, Bracket, Bolts, etc. Also make sure all fluid is drained from the old calipers before they are packed up to ship back. Cores must be sent back within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive credit. Calipers received outside of 30 days will be ineligible for credit. Please follow the instructions below to make sure you receive full credit for your old calipers that you send back.

EV maker Coda trims staff

Not much more could go wrong for electric-car maker Coda, which has struggled to sell its four-door EV in the United States since officially launching it here in March. But Web reports, first seen at www.plugincars.com, say the company laid off 50 employees, or 15 percent of its workforce, last week, mostly in the sales and marketing departments. Efforts by Autoweek to contact Coda have not been successful.

Ford and GM reliability ratings dip in Consumer Reports survey

Consumers rated Ford's new Explorer, Fiesta and Focus models at less-than-average reliability during their first year, according to Consumer Reports' annual auto survey. Poor reception of the new models bumped Ford's overall reliability rank from the 10th spot in 2010 to the 20th this year among the 28 major nameplates included in the survey. Findings are based on responses from 1.3 million vehicle owners or lessees who subscribe to the magazine.
