Return & Refund don’t have to be difficult. We make sure that you leave satisfied. Our exclusive Quick & Easy 30 days Satisfaction Plan cover every item sold by worldpartspro. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days from receipt of your item(s) to contact our customer service team to request a Return or Refund. Returns must be in the same condition as you received. Except all Electrical and safety items are not returnable. Exchange for defective only.

Ø  Return Merchandise Authorization.

Customers need to contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization for returns, no exception!

Worldpartspro does not accept returns of the products from purchases older than 30 days.

Ø  If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the  cost of         return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 15% of item’s price.

California Sales tax will be include for all California Residence and is required by law.
