I am selling a Garelick 3 step bow transom ladder. It is black painted aluminum. It roughly measures 70 1/2" length X 14 3/8" (foot rest to foot rest), over all. The ladder feet roughly measure 7" length. There is a quick release pin. There are some scratches and scuffs from storage, as shown in the pictures. FCA issues warning on logbook loans

VULNERABLE people who use their car as security to take out a loan are finding themselves squeezed even harder financially and even threatened, the City regulator has found. The Financial Conduct Authority warned it will put firms offering logbook loans out of action if they do not "dramatically" improve their standards, after finding evidence of poor behaviour including little or no affordability checks being carried out and some applicants being encouraged to manipulate details of their income. It said lenders are failing to properly spell out exactly how expensive such debts will be, with the true cost often masked by an emphasis on "low" weekly repayments and key terms and conditions buried in small print.

George Formby's Rolls Royce goes to auction

A CLASSIC 1950 Rolls-Royce originally owned by British comedian and film star George Formby is up for grabs at auction on 30 November. The 1950 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith was on display at that year’s Earls Court Motor Show and caught Formby’s eye, so he bought it there and then. Formby was a big customer for Rolls-Royce and owned 26 of the British luxury cars during his lifetime.

Toyota, BMW to cooperate on sports car

Toyota Motor Corp. and BMW are tightening technical ties with plans to jointly develop a sports car platform, lithium-air batteries and new lightweight materials. The automakers also aim to jointly develop a fuel cell system for vehicles by 2020.
