Land Rover Discovery 4 (2010): first official photos
Wed, 08 Apr 2009By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 08 April 2009 00:01 Land Rover is today unveiling a family of gently chiselled full-size 4x4s – think of it as Solihull’s answer to the changing zeitgeist and the next step in Land Rover’s greening of its range. The big news under the bonnet of Discovery 4 is the arrival of the new Jaguar Land Rover 3.0-litre V6 diesel.

Mon, 05 Feb 2007By James Mullan First Official Pictures 05 February 2007 09:34 Honda will show its first dedicated hybrid car since the Insight at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Only the sketchiest details have been released about the Small Hybrid Sports Concept, but we know it will definitely make the transformation from concept to production reality to slot above the Civic Hybrid in Honda’s range. Unlike the Insight and Civic hybrids, the Small Hybrid Sports Concept was designed in Europe, at Honda’s Offenbach European R&D headquarters.
Closed-road racing made legal in the UK
Fri, 11 Jul 2014Could the UK host its own Mille Miglia? By Adam Binnie Motoring Issues 11 July 2014 15:52 A London Grand Prix on closed streets or even a Pikes Peak style hill-climb in the Lake District could now by possible after the Government approved plans to allow motorsport events on public roads. It is hoped that the decision to allow staged rallies, hill climbs and trials of speed on closed-road street circuits will give the country’s motorsport industry a jump start. Prime minister David Cameron made the announcement today while touring the new Formula One Williams factory in Oxfordshire.
