Payment Terms:

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. You can also pay with Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express - even if you don't have a PayPal account - simply scroll down the PayPal login page to find this option. You will also see an email from our company shopping cart offering to take your payment if you do not use PayPal. Choose only one payment process.

Tennessee State Sales Tax:

Items shipped to a Tennessee address are subject to state sales tax of 9.75%. If you qualify for Tennessee sales tax exemption you will need to provide us with a completed and signed Tennessee form RV-F1300701 “TENNESSEE SALES AND USE TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE”.

Combined Shipping:

-We do combine shipping as practical. Make your multiple purchases and request a combined invoice through eBay. Wait to pay until you receive the eBay invoice with corrected shipping.

-If you are combining items with free shipping and items WITH shipping and handling charges, you will pay shipping only on the items with shipping and handling charges.

Shipping:

-We ship with the USPS, UPS, and motor freight as needed. Package shipments are made within three business day of confirmed payment. You will receive tracking number notification in the eBay transaction record within 24 hours of shipping.

-Overnight Shipping –the paid order needs to be received by 3PM Central Time USA. Additional charges for overnight shipping will be charged.

-NO International Shipments will be made without a tracking service. FEDeX, USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail all offer tracking. US Postal Service First Class Mail International and Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box do not have a tracking service – if you insist on either of these two services you must request this through the eBay message system and state “I realize there is no tracking service for USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box”.

Return Policy:
