Had this installed on my 2002 Tacoma and it worked great for many years.  I had it rebuilt by PSE superchargers about 2 years before i removed it.  The only reason it was removed is because one of the engine camshafts failed and i had another engine installed and just never bothered to put this back on.  It's been in a box in my basement for a few years so i really don't know what may be missing.  This also has the TRD 7th injector kit installed which was a good chunk of $$ extra.  Please be aware you may need to source a few small parts as i said i'm not sure what may be missing.  Supercharger comes with URD pulley installed and the stock pulley also.  What you see here is what you get.
