Subaru Advanced Tourer Concept arrives at the Tokyo Motor Show Just as they did at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show, Subaru have brought along a hybrid estate – the Subaru Advanced Tourer Concept. You have to conclude that Subaru are serious about producing a hybrid estate car. They brought along a hybrid Tourer Concept to the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show and, after teasing it earlier in the month, they’ve revealed the new Advanced Tourer Concept on the Subaru stand at Tokyo.

LA Motor Show: Ford Edge spin-off headed for Europe

FORD HAS given European audiences an unusual teaser by revealing its new Edge large SUV at the Los Angeles Auto Show, before adding that it will come to Europe - with as-yet unconfirmed changes. The car is officially only a concept, as evidenced by the wild interior design. The exterior, however, has been tipped by Ford insiders to be more or less production-ready for North America.

Geely’s Rolls Royce clone gets de-cloned

The Geely GE Facelift - no longer a RR Clone It’s amazing how much things have moved on in the last twelve months. A year ago we reported that China’s Geely had become the latest Chinese car maker to produce a complete rip-off clone of a Western car, in this case a clone of the Rolls Royce Phantom. The Geely ‘Phantom’ even sported a  single seat  ’Throne’ in the back so the owner could feel really important in his Chinese version of  a Western plutocrat’s carriage.
