Q. If i order multiple items will they ship together? Will I be charged for each package?

A. We combine shipping charges. We add the weight of all your items together and charge you as if it is one box. Although the items my ship separately you are only charged for one box. We strive to package items together, however due to size variations; items may ship separately using separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different days.


Q. It has been a little while and I have not received a tracking number.

A. Once the package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking
number. If you do not receive any email from us, please contact us at 281-500-6006. Please be sure to check the email address associated with your order, and check the spam or junk mail folders. Once you receive your order confirmation it is normal not to hear from us for a few days, but once your order ships you will get a tracking number by email.


Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?

A. Some small items will have USPS as a shipping option. If this option appears in the shipping calculator, your item qualifies for priority mail, these items can ship to a PO box via Priority mail. If you Choose UPS/FedEx please remember they are unable to deliver any packages to P.O. Box addresses, please make sure you provide a physical shipping address for UPS or FedEx Shipments.

Q. Do you ship to APO/ AP/FPO Addresses?

Q. I accidentally put my wrong address and it has already shipped, what can I do?

A. Please ensure your address is correct when checking out including zip code. If you notice an error after order is placed please contact us right away, if the item has not shipped we can correct the address for you. if package is returned to us because buyer provided a wrong or undeliverable address; buyer is responsible for re-shipping charge. We are not responsible if buyer does not update shipping information.


Q. I am outside the USA, Will you ship to me?

A. Yes! Your Part will be delivered to the eaby international center in KY. Ebay will then forward the part to your country.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must receive pre-approval and be authorized within 30 days of your delivery receipt.

What items are returnable for refunds?

  • Pre-approved returns must be in their original condition - with all original components. The part cannot be disassembled, painted, mounted or damaged due to incorrect or attempted installation.
  • All items must be repackaged in their original, undamaged packaging. If the original package has been damaged your return will not be accepted.
  • Installed, plugged in, or unsealed electrical parts or components are not refundable.
  • We are not responsible for installation errors, incorrectly ordered item(s), shipping & handling charges, towing expenses, labor expenses, rental car expenses, and/or any additional repair expenses due to a part that has been installed incorrectly and/or is defective.

Core returns

Some auto parts have a core charge applied to them that is refundable from the manufacturer. Parts that have core charges include generators, starters, catalytic converters, alloy wheels, engines, ECM/BCM modules, transmissions, transfer cases, and some diesel fuel parts like injectors.

  • You are responsible for all shipping charges on core returns.
  • You must include a copy of the original invoice with the part for return identification.
  • The part must be clean, assembled, drained of all fluids, and not have any missing parts. It must be complete, undamaged, and placed in the original package used for the replacement part.
  • We will process your return as soon as we receive it, and your core credit will be available within 15 days.
  • If you need assistance with your core return, you can call us or send us an email by replying to your order confirmation email.

Non-returnable items

Some parts cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Is there a restocking fee?

  • As long as your return is in brand new resalable condition, we do not charge any type of restocking fee.

    Who is financially responsible for return shipping charges?

    When will I receive my refund?

    How do I return a damaged package?

  • Contact us immediately at 281-500-6006 if you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping.
  • The parcel carrier is responsible for delivery of your package and we may need to contact the shipping company on your behalf.
  • Retain all packaging as it will need to be inspected by the shipping company. Your claim will be denied if original packaging is missing.
  • What if my package is lost?

  • Contact us immediately if your order becomes lost in transit. We will file a claim with the parcel carrier responsible for delivering your package.
  • Refunds will not be issued until the claim is resolved with the parcel carrier, which may take up to 28 business days.
  • Please note that international orders may take up to three weeks for delivery due to customs clearance.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen. If you have theft issues in your neighborhood, consider shipping to your workplace or another safe location where packages can be left.

    Campaigners oppose CCTV parking camera ban

    CAMPAIGN groups have joined local authorities in warning against plans to ban CCTV parking cameras. The Local Government Association (LGA) and the groups are opposed to Government plans to stop councils from using CCTV to tackle dangerous parking outside schools. The cameras are being used to prevent drivers blocking bus lanes and loading bays and to stop pavement parkers posing a risk to disabled pedestrians.

    THE AVERAGE labour rate at both franchised and non-franchised garages has fallen compared to 2012, according to new figures. An annual survey of 12,000 cases conducted on behalf of Warranty Direct has concluded that the average labour rate in 2013 is £74.70, a fall of 9.84% from £82.86 in 2012. Less encouraging is the overall trend of rising labour rates, with the average having increased by 33% over the last ten years.

    Chinese Grand Prix (2014): RESULT Qualifying for the 2014 China Grand Prix yesterday saw a much more level playing field than we’ve seen so far this year thanks to a rain-soaked track. But that didn’t stop Lewis Hamilton taking an easy pole (although the Red Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel squeezed Nico Rosberg in to fourth place) and, true to current form, Hamilton flew away to win the Chinese Grand Prix and Nico Rosberg, after dropping to sixth place after a poor start, fought back to make this another Mercedes one-two. Hamilton’s drive was a crushing one – he pulled away strongly from the start and cruised to the win – but it was livelier behind.
