• ( all 09up unit is locked and without Pin Security Code number , the units are useless, so, beware of people selling units cheap . that can't use, no way to programming or can't unlock )
• also, beware buying EU Spec unit. because, no way to program navigation to US/CANADA Map. if you want to use in USA, you need buy USA Spec. if you want to use in Europe, you need to buy ECE Spec. so, make sure buying right Spec & year of model for your car.

   6. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
