This is a perfect, new correct Lucas 25D4 distributor for all MGAs, MG Magnettes, MGBs and other cars with B-series BMC engines. BMC specified many different distributors for different models, carburetors and tunings, but the differences are very slight, so Lucas now supplies this distributor for all earlier cars using the 1500, 1600, 1622 or 1800 BMC engine with no emission control devices fitted. Parts are becoming very hard to find for the advance mechanism for early distributors, and most are worn and inefficient by now, so a brand new Lucas one represents a good way to fix your worn-out original dizzy, and costs less then rebuilding most of them! This one is made by Lucas of Birmingham, England, and comes in a new Lucas box.  It is a 100 percent complete and brand new unit, with new points, condenser, premium red rotor (not pictured) and cap. We guarantee you will be pleased with it, or send it back for a full refund.

We also sell distributors for other MGs and Triumph Spitfires, so check our other auctions or send us an email if you are interested.

Thanks for looking, and please see our other auctions for more British bits, or email or call (413-259-1722) us for new or original Lucas parts, MG, early Jaguar, or Volvo 122 cars or parts or British bicycles or parts. We are Lucas specialists and speak the British car language fluently!
