Wheels may not be damaged. Buyer is responsible for all original and return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is required. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and should insure return shipments. DAMAGES: Damages must be reported to us within 1 working days of reciept. All packaging must be retained or any damage claim will be void, as Fedex requires this for all claims. FITMENT: It is the customers responsibility to verify fitment of the wheel prior to mounting a tire on the wheel. Customer and/or installer should verify no damages or finish issues, correct color, correct bolt pattern, correct offset and correct size prior to mounting a tire. Customer and/or installer should test fit front and rear wheels on vehicle. Rotate wheels 180 degrees to assure no interference and proper fit. If lug nuts are purchase, hand tighten lugs to assure proper thread pitch. Mounted wheels may not be returned and we are not responsible for installation costs

THE WHEELS STORE warrants to the original owner that products manufactured by THE WHEELS STORE  Company are free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, including plating, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Surface rust can be prevented by proper care and is not covered by this warranty. KMC Wheels agrees to repair or replace, at THE WHEELS STORE  Wheels’ sole discretion, without charge, any THE WHEELS STORE product which is returned to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased, and which, after examination, shows that said product has failed in normal use due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair or replacement shall not include installation. This express warranty is not applicable to THE WHEELS STORE  products that have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions.

THE WHEELS STORE hereby disclaims all other express warranties. THE WHEELS STORE  hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose to the extent the law of the state of sale and federal law allows.

Transfer of title of any THE WHEELS STORE  Wheels products by the original owner voids the warranty.

THE WHEELS STORE  wheels are not designed to be mounted with any hardware, adapters, etc., other than what is supplied by THE WHEELS STORE  Wheels. Wheels which are purchased by our dealers as seconds or blemishes are not eligible for any warranty adjustment
