GM MUNCIE M20 transmission. Circle track or street transmission 3885010, US $500.00, image 1
Condition:Used Brand:GM Manufacturer Part Number:3885010

aluminum GM MUNCIE 4-speed transmission casting number 3885010 which means it is from 1966 or 1967. I used it on a circle track racecar, so it has 1st gear removed. Transmission works great, nothing wrong with it. It has braces welded on top to support the ears better. Shifter and linkage is $200 extra! Please let me know if any questions. This is a great deal on a great transmission. Most all of them are priced a lot higher. This is the M20 version as it has the 2-rings on the input shaft. please let me know if any questions. transmission is for sale locally, so i reserve right to end auction early. local pickup or you arrange shipping! NOTE: shifter and linkage is extra!! auction is for transmission only!

I will ship it if needed. thanks.

You could go the Amphicar route and end up with a so-so car that's also a so-so boat (bail-out buckets of charm though!). If budget permits, you could pick up a Quadski, but that doesn't give you the comfort of an enclosed cabin.

Mon, 02 May 2011

BMW will not offer its compact X1 crossover in the United States until the end of 2012 because of strong demand for the redesigned version of the larger X3. Also, the X1 is selling well outside the United States so supplies are tight, said Jim O'Donnell, CEO of BMW of North America. The X1 was launched in Europe in November 2009.
