THIS IS A NEW CUSTOM MADE SINGLE CARBURETOR CONVERSION MANIFOLD KIT FOR ALL HONDA GOLDWINGS GL1000 (1975-1979) AND GL1100 (1980-1983). THIS IS THE KIT THAT WILL GET YOU BACK ON THE ROAD. ALUMINUM DISSIPATES HEAT BETTER THAN STEEL AND GIVES BETTER PERFORMANCE AND PREVENTS ICING. OUR KIT INCLUDES: BRAND NEW CUSTOM MADE MANIFOLD, BRAND NEW CARBURETOR, BRAND NEW AIR FILTER, BRAND NEW THROTTLE CABLE STOPPER, AND INSTRUCTIONS.

This is a brand new aluminum manifold, made by professionals. All the parts included are brand new. The air filter provided will fit right under the OEM tool tray that came with your bike. Once you get this kit the only thing you need is to get rid of those gummed up carbs, use your intake elbows, put the manifold and carb inn, and off you go. Our kits and carburetors are set up to work right out of the box. There’s no need to be changing jets like with other aftermarket carbs.
With this set up you'll remove your 4 tired/dirty oem carbs for an almost free maintenance VW carb.
Unlike other manifolds in the market ours comes with detailed instructions on how to install manifold and carburetor. Also instructions will tell you how to install the throttle cable and how to tune-up your carburetor. Plus we provide email and phone consultation at no cost all the way during installation, set up and any time after your purchase. We've been doing this conversion for over 8 year now, so we have personally installed tons of these sets in the past 8 years, so know all there’s to know about this conversion. We love goldwings and our product. Needless to say that we ride converted goldwings.
We are listing our manifolds in only one ebay account and sell them out of one city and with one same price. We don’t need to have three different accounts with several different prices for our product to sell. This is easy we trying to sell our product in our own account and with only one same asking price.
Please make sure before you purchase your kit that the manifold you buy comes with a bracket to connect your throttle cable through it, otherwise you want be able to use your kit. Ours comes ready to go.

NOTE ON CARBURETORS: We only use good quality carburetors and a brand that we know it’s going to work for your GOLDWING application. We don't use those cheap off brand carbs. Please believe us we tried them all and they don't work. The ones we use are tested by the manufacturer before sending them out, that's why they will smell like gas once you get them. Yes you read it right, every single carburetor is tested. That way we can offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed in our carbs, and returns are accepted no questions asked. Our carburetors come with 2 different set of jets, gasket, studs, nuts and spacers. And instructions from the manufacturer on how to set them up and tune them up. With this carb you will not need to change jets. This are well made carbs that will not overflow or suck air through the bowl joint like other in the market.

NOTE ON WHY ALUMINUM OVER STEEL: We use 6061-T6 type aluminum and this is why we decided to use aluminum instead of steel:
·    6061-T6 aluminum properties include its structural strength and toughness. 6061-T6 aluminum is commonly used in aircraft construction; its strength-to-weight ratio is very high, making it ideal for large parts that need to be very light, such as the plane’s fuselage and wings.
·    Other common applications of 6061-T6 aluminum include bicycle frames, applications where heat transfer is required, such as heat exchangers, air coolers and heat-sinks.
·    Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity.  Aluminum 6061-T6 alloy conducts and dissipates heat well.
·    Aluminum is light. Steel is much heavier /much denser than aluminum.  Steel is typically 2.5 times denser than aluminum
·    Aluminum doesn’t rust. With aluminum there is no paint or coating to wear or scratch off.  Steel usually needs painted or treated to protect it from rust and corrosion. Aluminum reacts with the oxygen in the air to form an extremely thin layer of oxide.
Thus, your aluminum manifold we’ll help prevent icing, it will heat up faster, it will be very lightweight and it won’t rust.

RETURN POLICY:

Bankrupt automaker Saab has found a buyer. But instead of picking up where the Swedish firm left off, the buyer plans to use Saab's resources for the production of electric cars. The new owners of Saab, a Chinese-Swedish investment group with Japanese backing called National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS), did not release details on how much it paid for Saab or how much it planned to invest in the company.

Toyota GT86 gets 325bhp from Gazoo Racing – again

Thu, 03 Jan 2013

Toyota’s renegade Gazoo Racing are teasing another Toyota GT86 with 325bhp – the GRMN FR Sports Concept Platinum – for the Tokyo Auto Salon. There’s been a lot of speculation surrounding the Toyoya GT 86 (and the Subarua BRZ too) and the likelihood that it will get forced induction at some point to offer a chunk more power than its standard 197bhp. It’s always seemed likely that Toyota and Subaru would add a supercharger or turbo (or both) to their cars to give a properly powerful option.
