This working screw jack needs cleaning and lubricating. The vintage jack has a 2" flip riser block built in. The jack can easily change directions. There is no handle for it. It will rise about 8". A fellow E-BAYER contribided this information; This type of jack was used on heavy Ford trucks from the Model T days until the early V8s. However, all of those had FORD script on the ratcheting parts. There were many clones like this made for other trucks or as replacements. Reference: http://www.mafca.com/tqa_jacks.html . I would like to thank him for his help. There are no names on the jack that I can find.
