***150.00 Refundable Core Credit included in Buy it Now Price.***

PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY

The core charge is a deposit that the manufacturer charges us, and then we pass on to you, to encourage the return of old parts to be remanufactured. You pay the core charge when you place your order for your part. If you return the old part to us, we refund the core charge.

To receive your core credit, cores must be returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. Please include a copy of your invoice along with all necessary contact information (Name, Address, Phone, E-mail, etc.)

Cores must be complete, rebuildable and fit the same vehicle application and be returned in the box the part came in. This means the part you send back needs to have whatever components (i.e. pulleys or switches) that came on the part. The box helps identify the part and proves to the manufacturer that the core replaces one of their products. Cores returned incomplete or without the proper packaging are non-refundable.

Shipping and Tax charges on cores are not refundable. (Before sending back a core, you will need to decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost.)  Thank you very much

Tesla recalls Roadster for short in power cable, fire risk

Tue, 05 Oct 2010

Tesla Motors is recalling its electric Roadster 2.0 and 2.5 models because a power cable may short and catch fire. The 12-volt cable, located behind the right-front headlight, could rub against the carbon-fiber paneling causing the cable to short, begin smoking and possibly catch fire, Tesla said. The cable is part of a backup system that powers the headlights, taillights, turn signals and airbags if the primary 12-volt cable fails.

Koenigsegg Agera at Geneva

Sat, 27 Feb 2010

The new Koenigsegg Agera will be at the Geneva Motor Show We did warn you last week that Koenigsegg were taking ‘Something New’ to the Geneva Motor Show. We had had a chat with them as things had been very quiet, and we did say to them we wondered if Christian had lost focus on Koenigsegg and been side-tracked with the whole Saab-Saga. The response was pretty clear “Christian never lost focus on Koenigsegg and secondly there are many new developments within Koenigsegg.

Peugeot i0n electric car at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

Tue, 08 Sep 2009

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 08 September 2009 12:57 PSA is forging closer links with Mitsubishi; after the Outlander became the C-Crosser and 4007, now Peugeot has teamed up with the Japanese to launch the i0n – an electric car based on the electric Mitsubishi i-car. The zero-emissions Peugeot i0n (combines a zero with ions, geddit?) will go on sale at the end of 2010 and builds on the French company’s expertise with EVs stretching all the way back to 1995 when it launched the 106 Electric. It’ll go 80 miles on one charge of the lithium ion battery, making it ideal for urban commuting and short shuttles, says Peugeot.
