Great Running Complete 2003 Crf230f Motor Engine 2004 2005 2006-up 230f Crf230 on 2040-parts.com
McKinney, Texas, United States
Up for sale is the great running motor from a bone stock a 2003 CRF230F. This may fit other years, and other models, but its up to you do determine and confirm fitment and interchange(some parts from the crf150f interchange, but the CRF230 L to the best of my knowledge is completely different). I rode this bike a few times before I parted it out, and it ran great. I was saving this motor to swap into my crf150f race pit bike, but I sold the bike before I ever got around to doing that... This will bolt right into the kickstart 150f models(and probably the electric start 150 models too if I had to guess) just by switching to the 230f head stay motor mounts, which Im including. This bike ran great, and I bought it from an entry level trail rider, so it was not abused. This bike came from southern OK, so thats why its got some of that red dirt/sand staining on it, I just didnt spend the time to clean it up yet. All of the threads and splines are in good shape. The sprocket cover had already been repainted and the paint was in bad shape, so I gave it a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't look very good. The starter motor is included. I DRAINED MOST OF THE OIL OUT OF THIS FOR SHIPPING!!! DO NOT FORGET TO ADD OIL BEFORE RUNNING IT. Sold exactly as pictured and as-is, with no warranty. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL OF THE PARTS I'M SELLING ARE USED. I guarantee them to fit the bike I took them off of; and any other years on models mentioned are to help people find parts that may work for them, not a guarantee of fitment. I pride myself in good customer service, accurate descriptions, and low prices. There is no feasible way for me to list or confirm every possible fitment while keeping my prices low. If you're not sure, check with your local dealer, or compare part numbers at an online oem supplier like motosport. BUT I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT EVERY PART I SELL IS SOLD EXACTLY AS PICTURED AND AS-IS. It is also possible that over the life of the bike that I'm parting out, that parts were changed to something other than what was put on at the assembly line. So, where am I going with all of this? I wont stick anybody with parts they don't want or can't use. I accept returns, and my great feedback speaks for itself; seriously, read through some of it.... I treat other riders(that's you) how I would want to be treated; but I ask that you do the same for me in two ways. 1- having realistic expectations when your buying used parts. 2- if something is not right; let me know and give me a chance to make it right for you before opening a dispute or leaving feedback. I've never had anybody who has contacted me with an issue not end up completely satisfied. I aim for 5 star service 100% of the time. If I'm not achieving that, please let me know how I can improve. Thanks! |

New 2015 Kia Sorento revealed
Mon, 11 Aug 2014The new Kia Sorento, revealed ahead of its debut in Paris We got a tease for the 2015 Kia Sorento last month with Kia revealing the new Sorento gets a slightly more sporting look with a lower roofline, higher beltline, sculptured body surfaces and a new ‘Tiger Nose’ grill. Now, with the new Sorento due to debut in South Korea later this month – and in Europe at the 2014 Paris Motor Show in October – Kia has revealed the first photos of the new Sorento. The new Sorento looks a decent effort, and the styling is certainly more appealing, despite elements carried over from the current Sorento, but there’s certainly influences from Kia’s Cross GT Concept.
Jaguar’s Mike O’Driscoll calls it a day
Tue, 12 Oct 2010Mike O'Driscoll, Jaguar's M.D., is to retire in march 2011. Jaguar’s Managing Director Mike O’Driscoll has been a Jaguar man for longer than he probably cares to remember. In fact he joined Jaguar Rover Triumph (as it then was) as long ago as 1975, when he was a young business student.
