Condition:New other (see details)

The picures give you an idea how the item looks and works.  The last 2 pictures show how my old school HKS BOV (not included) fits and mounts to the Greddy type flange with a 2" adapter.  The  actual adapter for sale is about 1.5" tall so it will sit lower than pictured.  There will be some scratches/imperfections due to being assembled and sanded by hand.

Selling Greddy to HKS blow off valve adapters.   This is designed for those who already have a welded Greddy bov flange to switch to HKS bov without rewelding the intercooler pipe.  Simply remove adapter to revert back.  I will also include an aftermarket o-ring gasket which I have test fitted with the HKS chamfered circlip.  Treadstone sells this type of adapter for $42 + shipping.

1 Quantity = 1 BOV adapter + O-ring
Approximate height is 1.5" tall.

Recommendation: Use of an authentic HKS circlip is highly recommended for easier installation.  May need to insert bolt from bottom up (nut on top) if it doesn't clear from top down (or can slot the hole).

*Gasket and hardware not included

Spy photos: BMW i8 hits Swedish test track

Mon, 30 Apr 2012

Spy photographers caught the new BMW i8 testing on a secret track wearing the company’s familiar psychedelic camouflage. The test car pictured is a preproduction model rather than a concept BMW i8, similar to what should appear in 2013. As reported earlier, we’re expecting BMW’s 2014 i8 hybrid coupe to get a 1.5-liter, three-cylinder direct-injection gasoline engine--essentially the same unit earmarked to head into the next-generation Mini and the front-wheel-drive BMW 1-series due out in 2014.

Ferrari LaFerrari la spotted la testing on la road

Wed, 24 Jul 2013

Yesterday, we received an e-mail from Hendrik Nuyens, who you may know as a member of the Dutch rock band brainphArt. It seems Nuyens recently caught Ferrari's idiotically named LaFerrari testing on the open road near Fiorano. Even if the name is dumb, the LaFerrari's specs are impressive.

Range_e (2013) - the hybrid electric Range Rover Sport

Tue, 11 May 2010

Land Rover today confirmed its first hybrid models will be launched in 2013. The new Range_e is a showcase for the company's diesel-electric hybrid tech in a current Range Rover Sport bodyshell. Tests will start in late 2010 with a small fleet of five hybrids - but bosses have set a 2013 production date, coinciding with the launch of the large family of Land Rovers.
