Griot's Garage Professional Random Orbital 3 Inch Polisher is great for precision detailing, like polishing motorcycles or auto glass. The small size of the machine makes it easy to address isolated scratches and problem areas, and it minimizes hand polishing around mirrors, bumpers, and other features. Ultimately, you'll get more even results, faster. The variable speed, 240 watt motor spins from 3,500 to 10,000 orbits per minute. The ergonomic body is lightweight and easy to operate with one hand. 2 - 3 inch Cyan Advanced Cutting Foam Pads
The blue foam is designed for compounding and swirl removal. This closed cell pre-polymer foam restores oxidized and heavily swirled paint. Looks can be deceiving; the blue pad looks coarse but actually finishes with no marring. You'll achieve an almost wax-ready finish in one step.

The tangerine foam is made for light to moderate defect removal and polishing. It has the cutting power just below that of the Lake Country orange light cutting pad, and the tangerine pad leaves a finish like you'd achieve with a gray finishing pad.

The crimson foam is designed to apply waxes, glazes, and sealants in flawless, even coats without causing swirls. The soft foam has very light polishing ability, making it a great choice for cleaner waxes, too. Since the crimson pad is made of Hydro-Tech foam, it does not soak up liquid waxes and paint sealants like some finishing pads can. You'll be able to cover more paint with less product.

The Cobra Microfiber Detailing Towel is manufactured with split weave construction. This means that the polyester and polyamide fibers are split, resulting in a criss-crossing effect that makes the cloth thicker than a flat weave cloth. Thu, 19 Jun 2014The new 542bhp Range Rover Sport teased The idea of a more powerful Range Rover Sport – complete with the 542bhp version of the supercharged V8 from the Jaguar XJR and F-Type Coupe – has been around for quite some time, but it’s about to become a reality. Land Rover has revealed a teaser video for the new Sport R – which really shows no more than the spy video of the Sport R we had a year ago – but it does herald the imminent arrival of the new Sport R at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this month. With the 542bhp V8 Supercharged under its bonnet, the Sport R is likely to get much closer to the performance of the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with a 0-62 mph likely to be well under 5 seconds.

Fri, 10 May 2013The 2014 Toyota Corolla arrives in dealerships later this year, but some bits of information about the big seller have leaked through a Kansas dealer to Car and Driver. The Corolla will stick with a 1.8-liter, four-cylinder engine, but will add Toyota's Valvematic variable valve timing, which may add a few ponies. A four-speed automatic will be standard on base models, while a six-speed manual will also be offered, replacing the old five-speed .
Third of motorists admit to driving with no MOT
Wed, 21 Aug 2013A third of motorists have driven a car knowing the MOT had expired, risking fines of up to £1,000 and invalidating their insurance in the process. That’s according to a survey conducted by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), which found that of 1,000 UK motorists, 67% had driven without an MOT for up to a week, 24% for a month, 7% for six months and – shockingly – 2% for more than six months. Now we’d give the 67% who admitted driving without an MOT for a week the benefit of the doubt – it’s easy to forget the test is due.
