SHIPPING
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to eBay when the item has shipped. The address on your Paypal account MUST be verified. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please inquire about international and expedited shipping.
RETURNS
All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 14 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy’s Diesel Performance or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any restocking fees (exclusions apply). Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected. Texas is preparing to open a stretch of toll road this November with the highest speed limit in America: 85 mph. The road between Austin and San Antonio will stretch for 41 miles, in an attempt to alleviate traffic congestion on nearby Interstate 35. There are already roads in Texas and Utah where the posted speed limit is 80 mph.
