H&s Overdrive Transmission Tuning Mini Maxx Xrt Pro For 2006 2007 Cummins 5.9 on 2040-parts.com
Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States
A finely tuned engine is worthless if that power cannot be transferred to the ground. In order to meet the high horsepower and torque output of the 6.7 Cummins engine, we have modified the transmission tuning software to better “put the power to the ground”. H&S Overdrive software is specifically tailored to H&S engine tuning and will ensure that you get the best performance and reliability out of your transmission. One of the biggest complaints about the stock 68RFE transmission is the early shifting. 5th and 6th gears will come in early and cause a “dead pedal” or even a transmission “shudder”. These conditions worsen with performance engine tuning, and can cause unnecessary damage to your transmission. H&S modifies those 5th and 6th gear shift points to greatly reduce these annoying problems. Black Maxx, Mini Maxx, and XRT Pro owners will have the ability to load the H&S Overdrive Transmission software. This service can be performed Via Email, Phone or Text Message. Drivers unmoved by electric cars
Thu, 28 Nov 2013SUPPORT for electric cars appears to be failing to spark off real interest from drivers, according to a survey of more than 3,000 motorists. Only 1% of UK drivers own an alternative fuel vehicle (AFV), while CO2 emissions are at the bottom of the checklist when Britons are shopping for a new car, the poll by Auto Trader found. Since January 2011, motorists have been eligible for up to £5,000 upfront cost relief on the purchase of a new electric vehicle but the survey showed that 35% of drivers were unaware of this grant.
LA Auto Show Design Challenge entries unveiled
Fri, 15 Nov 2013The 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show Design Challenge entries have been revealed a few days before the show is set to open. As in previous years, several of the major players in the automotive design world are participating and automakers and design studios such as BMW DesignworksUSA, Subaru, Mazda, and China's SAIC and Changfeng will be exhibiting concept art. The theme of this year's design challenge is called "Biomimicry & Mobility 2025: Nature's Answer to Human Challenges.” With nature coming to be seen as one of the best R&D labs for design, and with biological knowledge doubling every five years, design studios were challenged to design vehicles that use biomimicry to increase the efficiency of mobility itself.
