Return Policy: 
We gladly accept returns on all items that are unused and in original packaging. 

The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to obtain RMA number.
The buyer must pay return shipping; unless the item was sent incorrectly or if there is an error in the listing.
Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund; less our original shipping cost to you (this applies to ALL orders, including those with free shipping) and a 15% restocking fee will also be charged.
We will not accept any returns that are over the 14-day period, except items being returned for a manufacturer’s warranty exchange. (Please note: Warranty claims also require an RMA number to be processed)

All Struts sold carry a life time manufactures warranty against defect factory defects ( not wear & tear ), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense. 

Warranty Claims:
Please email or call us with your warranty claim including: your reason for return, full name, ebay item number, date of purchase or paypal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.
