Harley Davidson Detachable Two Up Luggage Rack for FLH and Road King. Fits '97-'08 Road King®, FLHT, FLHX and FLTR models equipped with required Docking Hardware. FLTR and FLHX models require separate purchase of Antenna Relocation Kit P/N 76208-07. Does not fit with Layback License Plate Mounting Kit P/N 53385-00. Some EU registration plates may interfere with the rack.. The rack for anything '06 and up sits a bit further back from the mounts. AMERICAN car giant General Motors has made a surprise announcement that from 2016 its Chevrolet brand will be no more in Europe. The company has stated that it wishes to concentrate on long established brands Opel and Vauxhall instead. All is not lost, as GM will keep what it says is its ‘iconic’ models such as the Corvette, while the firm intends to focus attention on its traditional American luxury brand Cadillac ahead of a greater European push in the next few years.

General Motors is thinking long term for its back-seat entertainment. It worked with students from the Future Lab at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Israel to develop apps that run on a car's rear side windows. The project, called Windows of Opportunity, was inspired by studies that say passengers often feel disconnected from their environments.
