You are bidding on a used transmission removed from a 1980 FLT. I bought the bike to use the motor in a bike I

am building. As you can see from the pictures the transmission appears in good shape. However the bike sat for

several years before I bought it. I did ride it on and off the trailer but did not run it thru the gears. On the bench

it shifts in and out of all gears. If I were to use it I would go thru it while it was out of the bike. Just for peace of mind,

after all it is 33 years old. Check out the pictures what you see is what you will receive. This will fit other yr. bikes.

Check with your local motorcycle shop to see if they will fit your bike.

 Thanks for looking.

Please be sure to double check fit with local motorcycle shop, because I do not accept returns.

Electric Cars now VAT free in Iceland

Tue, 10 Apr 2012

Electric Cars in Iceland now VAT free The Icelandic Government has decided to remove VAT on electric cars to bring EV costs in line with ICE prices. We don’t believe that Governments should be promoting EVs and Hybrids by giving tax breaks to buyers. In a country like the UK – and most other countries – promoting EV cars at the taxpayers expense is a nonsense.
