TO ALL MY GREAT BUYERS Please contact me first if you have any issues or problems with any purchase from us. We are super friendly and will be glad to work with you to resolve any problems or issues to our mutual satisfaction. We bend over backwards to make your purchase a pleasant one. We are posting this note since Ebay has been encouraging Buyers to use their new Buyer Protection Program. What Ebay only shows in the fine print is that any Buyer Dispute opened under this new system is a Negative strike against the Seller regardless of merit or outcome. The strike is counted against the Seller's DSR and lowers the ratings for the Seller. The impact of this is much higher Seller fees and lower ratings by Ebay for the Seller. Please contact us first and let us work out any issues or problems before resorting to the Buyer Protection Program. Thanks PARTS4LESS561
