Any body have any idea what this is?

Was in a box of Harmon - Collins parts but isnt like the adptors Harmon - Collins used on there flathead distributors.

Would fit on a distributor that had a

3.65" Od, 3.36 ID and would have a notch for a .24" tang. The cap would have a 3.65 ID and a .24 tang.

Is in nice condition. Perfectably usable.

What purportedly is a 2015 Ford Mustang mule was caught testing in the daylight by spy photographers. Hooniverse has the photos here. The photos show a current-generation Mustang with what looks to be a new center stack and an independent rear suspension setup.
