As With Any Chromed Stock/OEM Part it May Be Necessary to Sand, Tap and or Grind for Proper Fitment. Your stock spacers/bushings are required.  Shift Levers normally need sanded on the inside of the hole where the bushings go for a proper fit.  You will also need to grease the lever there and at the pivot point before putting your stock rubber boot back on.
