Nissan teases BladeGlider, minivans and sedans for Tokyo motor show

Nissan lets us in on its Tokyo motor show plans on Thursday. The company will bring a handful of new and wild concept cars to the show, along with some old favorites like the GT-R and 370Z. The highlight of Nissan’s stand will be the BladeGlider concept, which looks like a cross between the BMW i8 and the DeltaWing race car.

This is (really) the new BMW Z4 for 2013. Granted, the tweaked head- and tail-lights, and new side vent modelled on the BMW 4-series are subtle alterations at best. For instance, in the sixth installment of the Nissan Juke-R conversion, the guys from Nissan are putting in FIA-approved seats, a dash panel, steering wheel and pedals. The process involved finding a good driving position, which is one of the main feedback points for the driver.
