!!!!Warning!!!!  Heavy Duty Valve springs are required! Failure to install heavy duty valve springs while engaging the exhaust break can cause serious damage to your engine.

This controller is only for the HE351VE and requires no modification to the HE351VE actuator. (May work on other Holset turbos, attempt on your own risk.)

Banshee is a complete stand alone system, which is fully plug'n'play requiring no modification to the turbo! It will work on any engine gas, diesel, computer controlled or mechanical! The HE351VE compressor is huge! Smaller engines will still have lag times!

The controller is industrial grade IP67 rated, this isn't some RadioShack piece of junk! The sensor is a Honeywell 50PSI sensor; the sensor will work up to 100 PSI after that the pressure can damage the sensor, burst pressure is around 300PSI.

Works on 12, 24, & 36VDC, (However I don't know what the HE351VE actuator runs on except 12V)

Safety Features
- Internal surge protection up to 60 VDC
- Reverse polarity protection

Warranty

DOA - notify me immediately, (easy test connect the wiring harness to the turbo, connect both positives and negative wires to the battery and slowly rotate the potentiometer, you will hear the actuator move.)

Controller – 6 month warranty unless physically damaged or opened

Sensor – 6 Month warranty unless physically damaged

Wiring Harness – 30 Day warranty unless modified. (I can supply replacement connectors, pins/sockets or all the pieces required to build the harness yourself as a DIY kit)

I will work with everyone to ensure they get the best product possible! Even if it’s outside of the warranty.

Controlling the turbo is easy you have a on/on toggle switch, this switch toggles between the sensor preset positions and the manual control via potentiometer. The Potentiometer allows you to fully open/close the vanes. With the vanes fully closed, enables the exhaust break, if you open the vanes up it will lower boost for better MPG. Manual control is also good to help clean the vanes

Potentiometer will manually move from 3CM to 25CM, sensor will move the vane to the next position once set PSI has been reached.
Current positions

3CM - Exhaust Break
9CM -  21PSI
12CM - 30PSI
15CM - 38 PSI
18CM - 44 PSI
25CM - Potentiometer control (full open to assist in cleaning vanes)

No end user programmability, however custom programming is available. If you wish to change the programming latter on, you would need to send me the controller for reprogramming.
