Here is a nice vintage40+ year old fuel tank off the Hilltopper mini bike. I filled it completely with water and let it set for 2 hours all stayed dry, no leaks seen. I did not use fuel to test it for leaks as I did not want the smell of fuel to be prevalent during shipping. As it is an old tank you may wish to seal it anyway. This tank also fits perfectly on my Heald Super Bronc mini bike, most likely the same tank. It will need a new gas cap. A nice tank to clean up and restore.

But rather shockingly, as many as half of all used cars sold develop faults within a month of changing hands. That’s according to a report by the Citizens Advice Bureau, which helped with over 84,000 problems with secondhand motors in the past 12 months.

McLaren P1: First interior photos arrive

Tue, 12 Feb 2013

Ahead of its debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show next month, McLaren has sent us the first interior photos of their new hypercar. As we already know, the P1 isn’t following the almost unique 1+2 seating concept of the McLaren F1, but has opted to make it a regular two seater. That means that there will be no right hand drive cars – they’ll all be left hand drive – and McLaren are left deciding how to make the P1′s cockpit unique.
