Video of the Radical SR8LM Nurburgring Record Below Back in August we reported that the Radical SR8LM had taken the Nurburgring record for a production car, just a week after Gumpert had claimed the record for themselves. Not that it was the first time Radical had held the record. They achieved a time of 6:55 in 2005 with the Radical SR8, but this time was 7 seconds faster that that at 6:48.

The Frankfurt Motor Show 2009 runs from 17th -27th September to the public Many of the Japanese makers will be conspicuous by their absence, but that should be more than made up for by the launches from the big European makers. And of course the Koreans – in the guise of Hyundai and Kia – will do what they’re starting to do in the market place and fill the gap left by the Japanese. But the configurator was just the exterior, so we had no real idea what the inside of the Inside would look like. And nor did we when we saw the original Citroen DS Inside Concept at Geneva, as the doors were firmly shut and the windows blacked out.
