Chrysler 300C (2012) returns to the UK
Wed, 02 May 2012Chrysler UK has announced pricing and specification for the new-to-you Chrysler 300C saloon. Right-hand drive markets have had to wait for the new 300C, which first launched in 2011 at the Detroit Motor Show; it's on sale in North America as a Chrysler, and currently available to Continental customers as a Lancia Thema... Stylewise, the new 300C echoes the squat, angular look of its predecessor.
Porsche Panamera prices announced
Thu, 12 Mar 2009By Ben Pulman Motor Industry 12 March 2009 12:50 Porsche has announced UK prices for its Panamera, and that all PDK-equipped cars will come with stop-start technology - the ‘entry-level’ S starts at £72,266, rising to £95,298 for the range-topping Panamera Turbo. By comparison, a Cayenne GTS is £54,085 and a Cayenne Turbo is £75,137 For a start there’s the 493bhp twin-turbo 4.8-litre V8 mated to Porsche’s four-wheel drive system and seven-speed double-clutch PDK gearbox. Then there are also 19-inch wheels, adaptive air suspension, a 14-speaker Bose sound system, metallic paint, heated front and rear seats and a multi-functional steering wheel.
BMW to build front-drive sedan
Wed, 25 Sep 2013BMW boss Norbert Reithofer has surefire plans for a new front-wheel-drive entry-level sedan, falling in just below the existing 3-series sedan. The new four-door, known internally at BMW's Munich-based headquarters under the working title NES (New Entry-level Sedan), forms part of a new range of front-wheel-drive models set to join the BMW lineup in the near future. “The NES is integral to our growth plans,” a BMW insider source revealed.
