this is another factory chevelle ss 396 carburetor ive had 2 in 3 weeks its the same as the 750 holley it just has down leg boosters and comes with a metering block front and back its 4 corner idle has the choke tower milled off I use new dominater style vent tubes they are a little taller I put new racing floats in all my carburetors with a notched rear float and screw in brass jet extensions for car that take off quick and slosh all the gas to the rear off the float bowl these extensions keep the motor from having a dead spot new 110 viton needle valves all new blue nonstick gaskets 65 4 window power valve with back fire protecter installed in the baseplate 72 front jets 78 rear quick fuel adjustable secondary housing so you can pick what rpm you want the 4 barrel to open up by turning a screw comes with directions base plate resurfaced all new screws all hardware and linkage either replated dipped in zinc or factory gold plated all my carbs get the baseplate completely taken apart new throttle shaft bushings stainless steel high flow throttle blade screws and as you can see in the picture I installed brand new 172 throttle blades in this one the factory blades were just not perfect one had a couple of pitts in it I had these new ones it looks better like this plus they come Teflon coated these holley float bowl decals I put on all my holleys are the original decals that holley put on their factory muscle car dual lines years ago I also used a brand new accelerater pump cover diaphragm spring and a new pump cam with 3 way settings on it there is a picture of the baseplate on a double pumper I accidently put on here I build so many its hard to keep them straight I GOT AN EMAIL TODAY ASKING IF I PUT ALL THAT TIME AND ALL THE NEW PERFORMANCE PARTS WHY I WAS WILLING TO SELL SO CHEAP I BUY PARTS IN BULK AND I DO MY OWN MACHINE WORK CHECK MY FEEDBACK PLUS THIS LATE IN THE RACING SEASON PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO QUIT RACING FOR THE YEAR UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE POINTS RACING FOR A PLACEMENT IVE GOT A 750 QUICK FUEL DOUBLE PUMPER I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS 2 YEARS AGO IVE RAN IT ON MY 408 AND OTHER MOTORS I ALSO HAVE A 780 VACUMK SECONDARY JUST LIKE THIS CARB THAT I WILL NEVER SELL NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IT RUNS A QUICKER 60FT TIME THAN THE DOUBLE PUMPER THE VSAME E.T. AND IS JUST 1 MPH SLOWER ON TOP SPEED AT THE END OF THE 1/8TH THE 780S CAME FACTORY ON BIG BLOCK MUSCLE CARS I WOULDNT BUILD ONE OF THESE CARBS IF THEY WERE NOT FAST ID STICK JUST VWITH DOUBLE PUMPERS I CAN BUY A CORE FOR 100.00 SHIPPING AND ALL AND MAKE 200.00 PROFIT I CANT BUILD A 780 LIKE THIS THAT CHEAP BUT SOME CARS NEED A DOUBLE PUMPER SOME NEED A VACUM SECONDARY SO I BUILD BOTH NOT THE LATE MODEL SLOW VACUM SECONDARYS THEY SELL NOW THE KIND THAT CAME ON 427 BIG BLOCK CAMAROS THATS WHAT THIS LISTING IS THEY ALSO CAME ON BOSS MUSTANGS 396 CHEVELLES 454 CHEVELLES I WILL GARUNTEE THIS CARBURETOR TO SCREAM ON WHATEVER MOTOR YOU PUT IT ON V8 WISE

THIS CARBURETOR HAS THE ORIGINAL PRMARY AND SECONDARY METERING BLOCKS I ONLY RUN POWER VALVES IN THE FRONT BUT IT HAS THE PROVISION FOR 2 POWER VALVES IT ALSO CAME WITH THE PLASTIC VENT TUBES ON THE BLOCKS LIKE A DOUBLE PUMPER THIS CARBURETOR IS NOTHING LIKE THOSE CHEAP SLUGGISH 3310 CARBS THEY MAKE NOW THESE CARBS WILL FEED THE ENGINE WITH AS MUCH FUEL AS A DOUBLE PUMPER IF THEY HAVE THE SAME JETS THE BORE IS THE SAME FUEL BOWL CAPACITY THE SAME THE REAR PUMP ONLY SQUIRTERS A TINY BIT OF GAS AS YOU MASH THE PEDAL AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE THE SQUIRTERS DONT BPUT OUT ANY FUEL IT COMES THROUGH THE METERING BLOCKS THROUGH THE BOOSTERS INTO THE INTAKE

every part I used on this carburetor is high flow the power valve is a 4 window 65 high flow the needle valves are 120 viton high flow the stainless steel throttle blade screws are high flow even the squirter screw is a hollow high flow I don't know how much all that helps but I know how much it cost its high I used brand new 172 throttle blades resurfaced all the gasket surfaces for a perfect seal check my feedback I use this account to buy and sell so it has more buys than sales but the sales ive made people are happy I do know the racing floats and jet extensions help performance because I race almost every Saturday night I know its easier to fine tune being 4 corner idle so I do test my products out like I said some of it might be buying the name but I try to use the best of everything in these holleys

who ever buys this if you will give your cubic inch cam lift and duration intake style converter stall speed and even your gear ratio and it will help me to set it up custom for your vehicle using jets and squirter sizes that will work best on your motor ive had good luck jetting and tuning my motors and other peoples motors in the pits at the drag strip I take a couple of different carburetors and my carburetor tuning box with me along with extra gaskets jets squirters different size power valves and we go by the time sheets and mph even the 60 ft, times to see which combination of jets and squirters sometimes trying different power valve sizes ive done this for about 15 years ive learned more that way than from any book printed and I use this to help me set up carbs for my customers word of mouth is still the best advertisement there is

Mercedes-Benz USA has released an iPad app for the redesigned 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS that allows users to explore the car's interior and exterior and customize a vehicle. The app was created as a tool for dealership sales associates but it's open for consumers to use. It is the first installment in a series of 2012-model-year product apps available free through the Apple Store.

Porsche Design creates Shisha pipe

Porsche has designed a Shisha pipe as part of their Porsche Design World Collection. The Shisha will be the latest addition to the collection, which already ranges from chopsticks to a tea and soup set as well as fashion items such as a polo shirt, a jacket and a silk scarf. The pipe, made in Germany, stands at 55cm tall and is made up of materials such as glass, aluminum and stainless steel.
