Condition:Used Brand:Holley Warranty:No Manufacturer Part Number:1920

Here is a Holley model 1920 single barrel carburetor that came off of my 64 savoy with the slant six engine. I put a kit in it but it still seems to have a bad hesitation from a standing start. Seems to me the accelerator pump isn't working as it should, but I just put a carter on it and it works fine, so this one can go. The car always started easy and idled smooth with this carb. Just didn't accelerate like it should.
Although its been cleaned and kitted, I'm selling it as a rebuilder since I believe it needs the accelerator pump replaced again.
No reserve. Shipping in continental U.S. will be $10. Anyplace else, contact me before bidding for a shipping quote.

Double Oh My! James Bond Aston Martin sells for $4.6 million

Thu, 28 Oct 2010

Perhaps the single most breathtaking car of the fall auction season, a 1964 Aston Martin DB5--better known as the James Bond car--sold for $4.61 million to Ohio collector Harry Yeaggy on Wednesday at the RM Auctions Automobiles of London sale. The Aston was expected to sell for more than $5 million, and the sale fell a bit short of that, registering a final bid of 2.6 million British pounds, or $4,114,760. Buyer's premiums raise the total sale price to $4.61 million.
