Manufacturers report 2013 sales boom

Wed, 08 Jan 2014

CAR MANUFACTURERS are reporting strong surges in sales for 2013, with one mainstream brand up by more than 55%. Largely thanks to the introduction of the Dacia brand this year, the Renault Group has seen a 55.3% rise in sales, to 63,319 units.

And let’s face it, so entrenched is the Prius as a ‘Planet Saver’ in the minds of many that even if we simply confirm our opinion after a week of playing it’s not really going to make much difference to Toyota.
