Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. We ship items out Monday - Saturday. No items are shipped on Sunday. If we become aware of any delays or if there should be unexpected changes, we will notify you via e-mail. 

Please provide a physical address (not a PO Box) for any items shipped via UPS or FedEx

Domestic standard delivery transit time frame is 2-7 Business days once the product leaves our warehouse (UPS / USPS)

APO, PO BOX, PR, AK, HI & Canada from 7-21 business days (UPS / USPS)

Once your tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear on the transaction in your eBay account and you will be notified by email. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date.

Canadian Buyers - If your item qualifies for GSP see below, otherwise Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). If your order is shipped via USPS these will be charged to you on arrival.

On UPS shipments a brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under $200 CAD shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of $10 CAD, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at $200 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery

International Buyers - Packages are shipped internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program. This means your shipping and customs fees will be calculated up front. All packages are shipped to a central location in the US where eBay handles all processing for international shipment. You will be provided with complete tracking from our store to you. Returns
We offer a 14-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders. 

If you need to return your product, you can arrange for this within 14 days of receiving it. To set up a return, please email us. If the item is damaged, we may request photos of the damage to expedite the process. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition.

If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping fees incurred by us. Once the item has been returned and inspected your return will be processed and completed.
